I charge a 30% cancellation fee as well as your deposit for any no-shows or cancellations within the 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Deposits are un-refundable! If you're not able to reschedule at least 48hrs before the appointment you're deposit will only apply one more time for a new appointment!! I have a 15 minute grace period! If you are over 15 minutes late you're appointment will be automatically cancelled. Your deposit will be kept plus a 30% of your owed amount. I will message you and you'll get a email saying the appointment is cancelled and you'll have the opportunity to reschedule!! Being late puts me behind in the rest of my day of clients and other work. If you no show twice you will be banned from booking, no showing ( not contacting me to cancel or reschedule 48hrs before ) means you'll be charged the full amount of your appointment. I could have been able to fill your spot! I do wish I didn't have to put things like this in place but my time is valuable! I do not work on other peoples work!!
